POP CORN BALLS

Ingredients

  • 6 quarts popped pop corn
  • syrup: 2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup corn syrup ( white )
  • 1/2 cream of tarter
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • pop corn balls
  • mix 2/3 cup kara light corn syrup
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 salt

Directions

  • in heavy saucepan cook over medium heat stirring constantly until mixture comes to a boil and boil 2 minutes gradually pour syrup over 2 quart popped corn stirring Constantly until evenly coated grease hands and shape into pop corn balls if pop corn mixture cools during shaping place over low heat
