- 6 quarts popped pop corn
- syrup: 2 cup sugar
- 1 cup corn syrup ( white )
- 1/2 cream of tarter
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- pop corn balls
- mix 2/3 cup kara light corn syrup
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 salt
DIRECTIONS
in heavy saucepan cook over medium heat stirring constantly until mixture comes to a boil and boil 2 minutes gradually pour syrup over 2 quart popped corn stirring Constantly until evenly coated grease hands and shape into pop corn balls if pop corn mixture cools during shaping place over low heat
