INGREDIENTS
- Cooking Time: approx 30
- Servings: 2
- Preparation Time: 20
- 2 pork chops (1/2-3/4")
- ginger
- cayenne
- salt & pepper
- 2 slices bacon
- 1/2 tsp sage
- 4 pods cardamon ground
- 2 small bay leaf
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 3/4 lb brussel sprouts cut in half
DIRECTIONS
season pork chops with ginger cayenne and s&p the brown in a skillet
remove to a oven proof dish
fry the bacon
add to the baking dish along with 1 Tbsp of the fat
add milk
sage
bay leaf
sugar
brussel sprouts
bake covered 350 degrees

The first time I tried this the flavor was good but then that might just have been the bacon.
