PORK PIE

Ingredients

  • crust for 2 crust pie
  • 1 lb hamberger
  • 1 lb ground pork not pork sausage
  • 2 cups mashed potatos
  • 1 onion diced
  • 2Tabs . sage ground
  • 1/4 t ground cloves
  • 1t. salt
  • 1/2t pepper

Directions

  • brown meats with onion and spices when browned add the mashed potatos mix untel blended add to pie crust unbaked top with second crust. bake 375 for 1 hour. can be frozen after baked.
