puff pastry recipe
1 stick of butter
1 cup of water
1 cup of flour
salt to taste
in a saucepan, melt the stick of butter then add the water and salt.
bring this mixture to a boil.
take off heat.
in a separate bowl, and the mixture with the flour and mix.
beat in the eggs one at a time until the mixture is nice and smooth.
take out the rolling pin, some extra flour, and flatten out for pastry sheets.
there you go!
