SALTED PEANUT NUTELLA CHOCOLATE CUPCAKES
salted peanut nutella chocolate cupcakes
above all others the combination of salty peanuts and sweet chocolate rules!!
INGREDIENTS
- Cooking Time: 16-20
- Servings: 12
- Preparation Time: 10
- 4oz self raising flour
- 4oz soft butter/margarine
- 4oz caster sugar
- 2 lrg eggs
- 1tsp baking powder
- 4tbsp cocoa powder
- 2tbsp milk
- salted peanuts
- 200g jar nutella chocolate spread
DIRECTIONS
1- cream butter in a large bowl until pale
2- sieve in flour, sugar,cocoa and baking powder
3- add eggs and milk
4- mix well until light and fluffy
5- spoon mixture into paper cases in a 12 hole muffin pan
6- cook for 16-20 mins at 190c (170c fan oven)
7- cool cakes on wire rack until cold
8- plop teaspoons of nutella on top of each cake and top with the salty peanuts
9- enjoy!!
