spicy asian green beans
2 lbs green beans trimmed ends, and cut into 4" pieces -blanched and cooled
2T soy sauce
1t sriracha sauce
1t sesame oil
1t ground sesame seeds
1T brown sugar
mix soy sauce, sriracha, sesame oil, mirin and brown sugar with whisk
add to green beans, and add ground sesame seeds over top.
refrigerate any leftovers with sauce - I actually like them better the next day!
Pairs Well With
I love green beans, and these are wonderful as a side dish served cold, and I have found that they just get better as leftovers because they soak up more of the marinade
