roast (sliced thin across the grain) or
steaks, already thin sliced

after slicing roast into thin slices across the grain, place in large skillet and drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle on seasonings. I let these sit for a while to marinade the flavors but it's not mandatory.
Cook over medium heat on both sides until brown...they are so thin that they cook very fast.... when they are done, add lemon juice and worchestershire sauce to hot pan and stir up drippings from meat and spices. This will bubble up - move steaks around to coat.
