tommy's favorite bleu cheese dip

Dip 

• Cooking Time: 15
• Servings: 10-12
• Preparation Time: 8
• 6 oz crumbled bleu cheese
• 1 onion diced
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 1/2 c buttermilk
• 2 T worchestiere sauce
• 1 T tabasco
• salt and pepper to taste

Carmelize onions in saute pan - cool.

Mix rest of ingredients together, then add carmelized onions after fully cooled.

This dip is great with chips, chicken wings, veggies, or pizza crust!

I have always love bleu cheese dip - and never even thought of making it myself, seemed too daunting. Decided to try it after having some bleu cheese I had left over from a salad and it was an instant hit!
