- 6 oz crumbled bleu cheese
- 1 onion diced
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 c buttermilk
- 2 T worchestiere sauce
- 1 T tabasco
- salt and pepper to taste
- Carmelize onions in saute pan - cool.
- Mix rest of ingredients together, then add carmelized onions after fully cooled.
- This dip is great with chips, chicken wings, veggies, or pizza crust!
NotesI have always love bleu cheese dip - and never even thought of making it myself, seemed too daunting. Decided to try it after having some bleu cheese I had left over from a salad and it was an instant hit!
