Why I Love This Recipe
This chicken recipe is easy, yummy, and healthy.
It is simple, but the chicken will be super juicy and delicious! Enjoy!
Ingredients You'll Need
1 whole chicken (3-4 pounds)
2 small lemons
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Remove any sweatmeats, etc. from chicken.
Roll the lemons on a table and then poke each lemon about 20 times with a skewer)and then put lemons into the chicken and tie the chicken legs together with the string.
This part is kind of tricky and I sometimes use toothpicks/bamboo skewers to hold the chicken legs closed.
Salt and pepper the top and bottom of the chicken.
Place chicken breast up on a baking tray and bake for 30 minutes.
Turn the chicken over and cook for another 30 mintues.
Finally, turn the chicken again and cook for 20-25 minutes.
