VEGETERIAN LASAGNE

 

  • Cooking Time: 45mins to 1 hour
  • Servings: 4-6
  • Preparation Time: 20-30mins

Ingredients

  • 500g plain yoghurt
  • 500g cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup zuchini
  • 1/4 cup muushroom
  • 2 400g cans of chopped tomato
  • lasagne sheets
  • 1/4 spinach
  • any other veges you like!

Directions

  • 1-preheat oven to 180 degrees
  • 2-fry veges in a pan with a bit of oil untill there nice and soft
  • 3-mix the cottage cheese in a bowl with the yoghurt
  • 4-in a large dish layer the veges, pastrey then yoghurt mix,repeat untill the dish is full
  • 5-cook for 45min to 1 hour or untill the pastry it soft and browned
  • 6-cut into 4-6 pecies and serve with a salad

My auntie made this for my family once and its preeeeety good!
