500g plain yoghurt
500g cottage cheese
1/4 cup zuchini
1/4 cup muushroom
2 400g cans of chopped tomato
any other veges you like!
1-preheat oven to 180 degrees
2-fry veges in a pan with a bit of oil untill there nice and soft
3-mix the cottage cheese in a bowl with the yoghurt
4-in a large dish layer the veges, pastrey then yoghurt mix,repeat untill the dish is full
5-cook for 45min to 1 hour or untill the pastry it soft and browned
6-cut into 4-6 pecies and serve with a salad
