VERY TERI CHICKEN WINGS

Ingredients

  • 4 lbs Chicken wings
  • 3T minced garlic
  • 1T minced ginger
  • 1 c soy sauce
  • 1 t dry mustard
  • 1 c sugar
  • 1/2 canola oil
  • 2T lemon juice
  • 1/2 c water

Directions

  • whisk together all ingredients except chicken wings.
  • Marinate wings in ziplock bag overnight - I like to put bag in another container just in case there is any leakage.
  • Bake in single layer for 350 degree over, basting every 1/2 hour, cooking for 1 1/2 hours or until skin is crispy.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

These are really simple but yummy - great for a lazy sunday football day!
