- 4 lbs Chicken wings
- 3T minced garlic
- 1T minced ginger
- 1 c soy sauce
- 1 t dry mustard
- 1 c sugar
- 1/2 canola oil
- 2T lemon juice
- 1/2 c water
- whisk together all ingredients except chicken wings.
- Marinate wings in ziplock bag overnight - I like to put bag in another container just in case there is any leakage.
- Bake in single layer for 350 degree over, basting every 1/2 hour, cooking for 1 1/2 hours or until skin is crispy.
NotesThese are really simple but yummy - great for a lazy sunday football day!
