INGREDIENTS
- serves 6 mugs
- 2 quarts water
- 1 lemon squeezed
- 8 sugar substitute pkts
- 1 quart fresh violet petals placed in cheesecloth and tied well
DIRECTIONS
in 3 quart pan place petals and water
begin boil on high heat
turn to medium and simmer 10 minutes
turn off heat and let steep 20 minutes of off burner
remove cheesecloth
add lemon and sugar and mix
enjoy your cooking and baking
variation iced use 6 cups water and refridgerate in non metal container 3
hours
variation uses 1 quart rose petals for rose tea
add ice and serve
10 calories per cup provided you use sugar substitute
