Why I Love This Recipe

heavenly, even for those who hate white chocolate!


Ingredients You'll Need

200g white chocolate
125g soft butter
250g icing sugar
1tsp vanilla extract
milk


Directions

1- melt chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water


2- beat soft butter until light and fluffy


3- sieve icing sugar then add gradually to the butter beating well between additions


4- add the now cool melted chocolate and the vanilla extract and beat well again


5- add a little milk at a time until you reach the consistency that you require
