- 4 c. Sugar
- 4 c. Vinegar
- 1/4 c. Salt
- 1 t. Mustard Seed
- 1 t. Celery Seed
- 1 t. ground Turmeric
- 3 - 4 Onions (sliced)
- 5 Cucumbers (sliced)
- Wisk together first 6 ingrediants in large bowl; then add onion & cucumbers and mix well. Put in glass jar containers with lids. Place in refrigerator, ready to eat in 3 days.
- Note: The onions are just as good as the pickles!
