- Preparation Time:
- 2C butter
- 2C brown sugar
- 2C sugar
- 4C AP flour
- 2t baking soda
- 1t salt
- 2t baking powder
- 4 eggs
- 2t vanilla
- 5C Oatmeal (blended)
- 24oz chocolate chips
- 18oz hersey bar (grated)
- 2C chopped nuts (whtever you like or have on hand)
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Sift your dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, salt, baking powder).
- Cream your sugars and butter. Add in your eggs and vanilla. Add in your sifted dry ingredients. Stir in oatmeal, then chocolate chips then the nuts and finally the grated chocolate.
- Scoop and bake for about 10 mins.
NotesThis recipe is from my Country Club days (working) so it is large - it makes 112 cookies. But the cookies are really good - cut it in half to try.
