"ROUX"...THICKENING FOR GRAVY
- Preparation Time: 5
- 1 cup Crisco
- 1 cup flour
- 4 tablespoons Kitchen Bouquet
Mix together all 3 ingredients until well blended.
Put in quart container and refrigerate.
Use enough in broth for desired thickness.
This isn't really a recipe per say, But one to have on hand to thicken broth for gravy.
