BackstoryMy sweet wife makes them every sunday. They go well with football and beer and sometimes nascar. When cooked they fill the air with a pepper-bacon smell that cannot be ignored.
- 12 yellow chilli peppers
- 2 boxes cream cheese
- 2 packages of bacon
- 12 tooth picks
- Cut each pepper making them look like little boats.
- Take out all of the seeds with a spoon and stuff each pepper with cream cheese.
- Wrap bacon around each pepper poking a tooth pick through to hold it together.
- Place the peppers on a screen raised baking pan ready for cooking.
