- 12 yellow chilli peppers
- 2 boxes cream cheese
- 2 packages of bacon
- 12 tooth picks
- Cut each pepper making them look like little boats.
- Take out all of the seeds with a spoon and stuff each pepper with cream cheese.
- Wrap bacon around each pepper poking a tooth pick through to hold it together.
- Place the peppers on a screen raised baking pan ready for cooking.
NotesMy sweet wife makes them every sunday. They go well with football and beer and sometimes nascar. When cooked they fill the air with a pepper-bacon smell that cannot be ignored.
