~^Angel's^~ Seasoned-Sweet Corn
INGREDIENTS
- Cooking Time: 15 max
- Servings: Appx 7 (1/2c each)
- Preparation Time: 5
- 2c Frozen Whole Kernel Corn OR 2 (15.25oz) cans Whole Kernel Corn
- 1 1/2- 2c Water- to cover
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Butter or Margarine
- 2 1/2 tsp granulated Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Seasoned Salt
- 1/8 tsp Black Pepper
DIRECTIONS
- 1) In a medium sauce pot, add all ingredients. Boil on medium-high heat for 3 minutes.
- 2) Reduce heat and simmer an additional 10 minutes until corn is tender. (Canned corn can have a shorter cook time, where as frozen corn might require longer. The perfect simmer time will allow the corn to absorb the flavors better!)
