2 person turkey meatloaf
  • Servings: 2
  • 1/2 lb ground turkey
  • Bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 garlic clove
  • parsley
  • basil
  • oregeno
  • salt and pepper
  • ketchup
  1. Mix all ingredients and place in mini-loaf pan.
  2. layer bread crumbs on top of the loaf and pop it in the oven at 350.
  3. After 20 minutes, add a little bit of milk to the top.
  4. Bake for an additional 20 minutes.
