5-Star Rosemary Seared Scallops (Easy)

  • 2 T Butter
  • Fresh Rosemary Leaves (separated from stalks)
  • 1/2 lb. Jumbo Sea Scallops
  • Fresh Ground Pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
  1. Melt butter in hot skillet. Carmelize fresh rosemary leaves. Add scallops to skillet and sear on both sides.
  2. Pepper to taste.
