A Groovy Smoothie

  • 2 slices of Peaches
  • 1 Strawberrie
  • 2 Blackberries
  • 1/4 Cup Milk
  • 6oz Peach Greek Yogurt (I used CHOBANI)
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla
  • 3/4 Teaspoon of Flaxseed Oil
  • 1 Ice Cube
  1. Take all of the ingredients and put them in a blender. Pulse all of the ingredients in the blender for 1 to 2 minutes. Put the smoothie into whatever you will be drinking out of, and enjoy!
It means a lot to me because I made up this recipe. This is actually the first recipe I have made that I love absolutely loved!
