  • 1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts
  • 1/2 c. Italian salad dressing
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  • 6 slices boiled ham (square)
  • toothpicks
DIRECTIONS
  1. Drain artichokes hearts; cut in half. Combine dressing and garlic powder; add artichokes. Marinate several hours - drain. (To save time, use artichoke hearts that are sold marinated)
  2. Cut ham into 1 x 4-inch strips.
  3. Wrap 1 strip around each artichoke heart.
  4. Secure with wooden pick.
  5. Bake on cookie sheet at 300 degrees about 10 minutes.
  6. Serve hot.
