Acorn Squash w/brown sugar and cinnamon
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 acorn squash
  • 4 tbsp butter/margarine
  • 2 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 4 tsp cinnamon
DIRECTIONS
  1. Cut squash in half, and scrape out seeds. Next score the insides of the squash to let the ingredients permeate the squash. In the hollow of each half of the squash put 2 tbsp butter (4 total) then sprinkle in 1 tbsp of brown sugar (2 total) and then sprinkle the cinnamon over top. Bake @375 for 45 minutes, or until squash is easily pierced with a skewer.
