Aimee's Spinach Artichoke Dip

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 packages frozen spinach
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1 can artichokes, chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 3/4 C Parmesan
  • 8 oz grated monteray jack
  • pepper
  • taco chips
DIRECTIONS
  1. Cook 2 packages frozen spinach in microwave, drain
  2. Saute 1/2 chopped onion in butter on low heat
  3. Add ingredients in order, continue to cook over low heat - mix well after each addition
  4. 1 Can chopped artichokes
  5. spinach
  6. cream cheese
  7. sour cream
  8. parmesan
  9. monteray jack
  10. pepper to taste
  11. serve hot with taco chips
