Almond Poppyseed Bread

- 1 3/4 c. oil
- 3 1/3 c. sugar
- 2 1/4 c. milk
- 1 T. almond extract
- 4 eggs
- 4 T. poppy seeds
- 2 1/4 t. baking powder
- 4 1/2 c. flour
- 2 1/4 t. salt
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350` Line 3 bread pans with Reynolds Parchment Paper, folding 1/2" over edge. Mix oil, sugar, milk, almond extract & eggs. Mix dry ingredients & poppy seeds & fold in. Divide into the bread pans & bake for 50-60 minutes or until tested done. Small pans may be used, medium pans usually take about 40-45 minutes, small ones 25-30 minutes, but always test before removing from oven.
