- Your favorite white cake recipe
- 1/4 Cup Amaretto liqueur
- Premade white icing
- 2 t. amaretto
- 1 t. almond extract
- Bake cake as directed. While still warm, pour 1/4 cup of Amaretto evenly over top of cake. Allow cake to cool.
- Mix the icing with the amaretto and almond extract (may need to adjust to personal taste) and ice cake.
