Angel Acres Baked Pineapple Pudding
INGREDIENTS
  • Cooking Time: 50-60
  • Servings: 10
  • Preparation Time: 5
  • 2 T. flour
  • 1 can crushed pineapple
  • ¼ lb butter, melted
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 4 slices white bread, crust removed, cubed
DIRECTIONS
  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Combine ingredients in large bowl, mixing till just blended together.
  3. Place in greased casserole dish.
  4. Bake for 50-60 minutes
