Apple Crisp

- Base
- 3 Apples, cored & sliced
- 1/2 cup applesauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon splenda sugar
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar splenda
- 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
- Topping
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 2 tablespoons wheat flour
- 2 tablespoons Brown sugar
- 1/2 cup Whey Crisps
- 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons margarine
DIRECTIONS
- Mix together base ingredients. Combine the topping mix and crumble over the base.
- Bake at 350°, 35-40 minutes or until golden brown.
