Apricot daiquiri

- crushed ice
- 1 part white rum
- 1 part fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 part apricot liqueur or brandy
- 3 ripe apricot, peeled and stoned
- TO DECORATE
- apricot slice
- cocktail cherry
- mint sprig
DIRECTIONS
- Put some crushed ice into a blender
- Add the rum, lemon juice, apricot liqueur or brandy and the apricot
- Blend for 1 minute or until the mixture is smooth
- Pour into a chilled cocktail glass
- Decorate with an apricot slice, a cocktail cherry and a mint sprig
