Artichoke Dip

  • 1 pkg of cream cheese
  • 1 jar of artichoke hearts
  • 1/2 cup of frozen spinach, thawed and squeesed dry
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1/4 cup parmesean cheese
  • 1/4 cup romano cheese
  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp fresh basil or dried
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzerella
  • 1/4 tsp garlic salt
  • dash of pepper
  • Tortilla chips, salsa, sour cream, optional
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 350'
  2. Mix together
  3. Bake for 30 minutes
  4. Serve with tortilla chips or crackers, salsa and sour cream
