Asparagus with Fresh Chanterelle Mushrooms
  • Cooking Time: 5-10 minutes

  • Fresh Asparagus (cleaned)
  • Fresh Chanterelle Mushrooms (cleaned)
  • 3-4 Cloves Garlic
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • 1 Tablespoon Pure Italian Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to desired taste
  1. Steam asparagus until just tender or to desired doneness
  2. Saute garlic in the butter and olive oil for about 1 minute
  3. Add chanterelle mushrooms and saute for approx 5-7 minutes with the garlic
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste
  5. Arrange asparagus on platter
  6. Pour the sauted chanterelle/garlic over the asparagus
  7. Enjoy.
Eric threw this together as a side dish, we had so many fresh chanterelle mushrooms. This is simple and delish.
