Autumn Apple Salad

INGREDIENTS
- 1 (20 oz.) crushed pineapple
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1 (3 oz.) lemon jello
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1 c. apples, chopped fine
- 1 c. pecans, chopped
- 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
DIRECTIONS
- Combine pineapple and sugar in saucepan.
- Boil 3 minutes and stir while boiling.
- Add jello and stir until dissolved.
- Add cream cheese.
- Stir until smooth.
- Let cool 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add nuts, apples, and Cool Whip.
- Pour into 8x8 inch square pan.
- Keep in refrigerator.
