BANANA SPLIT CAKE
INGREDIENTS
- CRUST:
- 1 3/4 CUBE MARG OR BUTTER
- 1 1/2 CUP FLOUR
- 2 T SUGAR
- 3/4 CUP CHOPPED WALNUTS
- FILLING:
- 1 LB OR 1 BOX POWDERED SUGAR
- 2 EGGS
- 2 CUBES MARG OR BUTTER (ROOM TEMP)
- 1 tsp VANILLA
- BEAT TOGETHER FOR 10-15 MINS
DIRECTIONS
- MIX All CRUST INGREDIENTS TOGETHER WELL AND PRESS INTO A 9 + 13 DISH.
- BAKE AT 350 FOR 20 MINS THEN LET COOL.
- BEAT FILLING INGREDIENTS TOGETHER FOR 10-15 MINS
- POUR FILLING OVER "COOLED" CRUST.
- SLICE 4-5 CRISP TYPE BANANA'S LAYER OVER TOP
- 1 CAN CRUSHED PINEAPPLE OVER THAT (SHE DONT SAY TO DRAIN IT THO NOR WHAT SIZE,,PROB LRG)
- DRIZZLE CHOCOLATE SYRUP OVER TOP THAT (I LIKE ALOT)
- COVER WITH "COOL WHIP" (IT CANT BE HOMEMADE HAS TO BE COOL WHIP)
- SPRINKLE WITH SOME CHOPPED NUTS OF DESIRED AND MAYBE SOME CHERRIES SHE HAS ALSO MADE IT WITH FRESH STRAWBERRIES.
- KEEP IN FRIDGE.
