BLT Dip
INGREDIENTS
- Servings: 2.5 Cups
- 1 pkg cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup ranch salad dressing
- 1 med tomato, seeded and diced
- 6 bacon slices, cooked & chopped
- 2 tbls finely chopped onion
- 1 tsp sugar
- Lettuce leaves
- Toasted french bread for dipping
DIRECTIONS
- Place cream cheese in medium bowl. Stir in ranch dressing and mix well.
- Seed and dice tomato and reserve 1 tbls for garnish.
- Add tomato, bacon, onion and sugar to cream cheese mixture and mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate a minimum of 3 hours to allow flavors to meld together.
- To serve, line bowl with lettuce leaves, fill with dip and garnish with reserved tomato. Serve with toasted french bread.
