Bacon Cheese Fingers

  • 1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 12 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 5 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. grated onion
  • 1 tsp. celery salt
  • 12 slices day old sandwich bread, crust removed and cut into thirds
DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine first 5 ingredients; blend well.
  2. Spread cheese mixture over each piece of bread.
  3. Bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes.
