Baked Fish
INGREDIENTS
  • Cooking Time: 20-25
  • Servings: 2-4
  • 1 pound fish fillets
  • 1/3 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 2 tsps grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbl lemon juice
  • 1 tbl melted margarine/butter
DIRECTIONS
  1. Spray bottom of baking dish with cooking oil.
  2. Mix breadcrumbs, salt, pepper and parmesan cheese together in a small bowl.
  3. Dip fish in breadcrumbs and place in baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle top of fish with lemon juice and melted margarine.
  5. Bake in 350 degree F oven for 20-25 minutes or till fish is flaky.
