Bakery-Style Muffins
INGREDIENTS
- 3 1/2 cups flour
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/3 cups sugar
- 10 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups add ins, your choice
- 1 tsp. vanilla
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly oil or spray the top of a standard muffin tin and line cups.
- Mix together dry ingredients (Flour through salt). Make well in middle and add wet ingredients (sugar through eggs).
- Stir in add ins and vanilla.
- Spoon into prepared muffin cups, evenly distributing among all. Batter should mound above rim. Bake until golden brown, 30-35 minutes.
