INGREDIENTS
- Cooking Time: 1hour and 15 minutes
- Servings: 1 loaf
- 1cup sugar
- 1/4 lb butter (1stick)
- 1tsp.vanilla
- 3 mashed bananas
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. soda
- Glaze:1/3 cup orange juice&1 cup sugar
DIRECTIONS
- Cream butter&sugar.
- add eggs one at a time.
- add vanilla
- sift dry ingredients together.
- add alternately with bananas
- let stand 20 minutes
- add nuts which have been floured.
- Bake in greased and floured loaf pan for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350.
- Glaze while hot!
- Glaze:Bring to boil juice of 1 orange(1/3 cup)and 1 cup sugar
- pour over loaf in pan.
