Banana Walnut Cupcakes

  • 1.5 cups whole wheat flour
  • 2.5 tablespoon Natvia
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 egg
  • 6 mashed ripe bananas (more if u like)
  • 1/2 cup melted butter/margarine
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (more if u like)
DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine flour, Natvia, baking soda, vanilla essence, baking powder and salt
  2. In a separate bowl mash bananas. Add egg and melted butter.
  3. Add dry ingredients to banana mixture.
  4. Add walnuts
  5. Spoon into a lined cupcake tray
  6. Bake at 180 C for 20 mins
  7. Once ready remove and allow to cool
