Banana pikelets

INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup of flour
- 1 t cream of tartar
- 1/2 t baking soda
- 1 t sugar
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 banana
- 1 Tbsp butter
DIRECTIONS
- 1) sift flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and sugar into a bowl.
- 2) beat eggs and milk together, make a well in the centre of the dry ingredient and stir in the mixture and melted butter.
- 3)heat a frying pan and cook tablespoons of mixture on at well-greased surface until bubbles start to appear on piklets. Place a few banana on top and turn to cook on the other side.
- 4) continue with remaining mixture. Serve warm with butter and a drizzle of honey.
