Barbecued Spareribs

  • Sauce:
  • 1 med. onion, chopped
  • 2 T. vinegar
  • 4 T. lemon juice
  • 2 T. brown sugar
  • 1 c. catsup
  • 3 T. Worchestershire sauce
  • 1/2 T. ground mustard
  • 1 c. water
  • 1T. celery salt
  • 3 to 4 pounds pork or beef spareribs
DIRECTIONS
  1. Brown in skillet spareribs. Drain grease and pour sauce over them and on med. heat bring sauce to almost boiling. Then cook covered about 2 to 2 1/2 hours on low heat or in the oven at 325 degrees F.
