Beef Barbecue
INGREDIENTS
  • 2 lb. lean ground beef, browned
  • 1 green pepper, diced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 to 3 c. celery, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 T vinegar
  • 2 to 3 T sugar
  • 1 t prepared mustard
  • 1 3/4 c catsup (14 oz. bottle)
  • 1 3/4 c water
DIRECTIONS
  1. Saute green pepper, onion and celery while browning meat. Add remaining ingredients and simmer till celery and pepper are soft. Serve on buns.
