Beef Enchilada's (Chase's Favorite)
INGREDIENTS
- Hytop Enchilada Sauce Packet
- 1 lb Ground deer meat
- Shredded cheese
- Tortilla's
DIRECTIONS
- Follow directions on sauce packet in sauce pan
- Brown meat in another pan
- Combine 1/2 the sauce and 1 cup of shredded cheese with meat
- Use large pyrex dish
- Dip tortilla's 1 at a time in sauce and lay in pyrex dish
- Add meat mixture and roll up
- Repeat until you run out of meat mixture
- Pour remainder of sauce on top and top with shredded cheese
- Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
