Beef Enchilada's (Chase's Favorite)
INGREDIENTS
  • Hytop Enchilada Sauce Packet
  • 1 lb Ground deer meat
  • Shredded cheese
  • Tortilla's
DIRECTIONS
  1. Follow directions on sauce packet in sauce pan
  2. Brown meat in another pan
  3. Combine 1/2 the sauce and 1 cup of shredded cheese with meat
  4. Use large pyrex dish
  5. Dip tortilla's 1 at a time in sauce and lay in pyrex dish
  6. Add meat mixture and roll up
  7. Repeat until you run out of meat mixture
  8. Pour remainder of sauce on top and top with shredded cheese
  9. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
