- 1 lb Premium Roast Beef
- 2 tblsp canola oil
- 4 cans of beer
- 1 cup apple vinegar
- salt
- pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Salt the meet and let it soaked with all the ingredients, except the oil. Save this sauce.
- In a pressure cooker fry the meat with oil until it get "brownish".
- Add all the sauce that to the pan until it covers the meat. If there's not enough you can add more beer or water.
- Close the pressure cooker and let it cook for about 30 minutes. If not soft, leave it more 10 minutes. Do not over cook it so it don't get so soft that you can not cut it.
- Ready to serve.
