Blintz Casserole

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 packages of 6 Golden Cheese Blintzes (defrosted)
  • 1/4 lb margerine
  • 1 8 oz package of egg beaters (or 4-5 eggs)
  • 1 1/2 C light sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 C sugar
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Place blintzes with fold down in one layer in a 2 quart casserole dish.
  3. Melt margerine and blend with all ingredients - then pour over blintzes. Bake for 45 minutes
