Blueberry Streusel Cake

- 2 Cups flour.
- ¾ Cups sugar.
- 2 teaspoons baking powder.
- ¼ teaspoon salt.
- 1 egg beaten.
- ½ Cup milk
- ½ Cup butter softened.
- 1 Cup frozen blueberries.
- Streusel.
- ½ Cup sugar.
- 1/3 Cup flour.
- ¼ Cup cold butter.
DIRECTIONS
- In a large bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add in egg, milk, and butter; beat well.
- Fold in blueberries.
- Spread into greased 9in. pan.
- In another bowl combine sugar, flour, cold butter.
- Cut butter until crumbly.
- Sprinkle over batter.
- Bake 375˚ for 35-40 minutes.
