Blueberry Streusel Cake

  • 2 Cups flour.
  • ¾ Cups sugar.
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder.
  • ¼ teaspoon salt.
  • 1 egg beaten.
  • ½ Cup milk
  • ½ Cup butter softened.
  • 1 Cup frozen blueberries.
  • Streusel.
  • ½ Cup sugar.
  • 1/3 Cup flour.
  • ¼ Cup cold butter.
DIRECTIONS
  1. In a large bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Add in egg, milk, and butter; beat well.
  3. Fold in blueberries.
  4. Spread into greased 9in. pan.
  5. In another bowl combine sugar, flour, cold butter.
  6. Cut butter until crumbly.
  7. Sprinkle over batter.
  8. Bake 375˚ for 35-40 minutes.
