Boujiourdi (Hard feta cheese with tomato and hot pepper
INGREDIENTS

- 4 X 100 gr hard feta cheese.
- 4 slices tomato ( ca 1,5 cm 0 ).
- 4 slices green bell pepper ( 0,5 cm ).
- 1 small onion chopped.
- 2 cloves garlic chopped.
- 8 black olives without stone , halved.
- 1 green hot pepper sliced.
- 1 ts chili flakes ( optional 0 ).
- 4 tbs olive oil.
- 1 ts oregegano ( dried ).
DIRECTIONS
- Use 4 oven proof dishes.
- Brush each dish with 1 tbs olive oil,put 1 slice of cheese in the dish.
- Add 1-2 slices hot pepper and or chili flakes, a little onion, a little garlic, a slice of tomato and top with a slice of green bell pepper.
- Close dishes with aluminium folie and bake in the preheated oven ( 200 C ) for 10 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnish with halved olives.
