Breakfast Parfaits
INGREDIENTS
  • Cooking Time: Freeze-Chill few hours
  • Servings: 5
  • Preparation Time: 12 mins
  • ½ Cup Of oat flakes
  • ½ cup of Chia Seeds
  • 1 Cup low fat yoghurt
  • You can choose (Cocoa Powder, Vanilla Extract, Strawberry Extract or peanut Butter)
  • A can of Nestle condensed milk
  • ½ Liter low fat milk
  • 1 can of Fresh mixed fruits
DIRECTIONS
  1. 1. Get empty bowls (quantity as needed) add in each 1 tbsp of oat flakes and 1 tbsp of chia seeds and the yoghurt
  2. 2. Add your favorite flavor that you choose
  3. 3. Mix the Nestle Condensed milk with four cups of milk, mix them well then add them to the bowls
  4. 4. Put them in fridge, add the fresh fruits when you want to serve
