Brownie Chocolate chip Cheesecake
INGREDIENTS
  • Cooking Time: 50
  • 1 (19.8-or 21.5-oz.)package fudge brownie mix
  • 3 (8-oz.)packages cream cheese,softened
  • 1 (14-oz.) can sweetened condensed milk(not evaporated milk)
  • 3 Eggs
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/2 Cup mini chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
  1. Makes one 9-inch cheesecake
  2. Preheat oven to 350.
  3. Grease bottom only of 9-inch springform pan.
  4. Prepare brownie mix as package directs for chewy brownies.
  5. Spread evenly in prepared pan.
  6. Bake 35 minutes or until set.
  7. Meanwhile,in large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy.
  8. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk. Add eggs and vanilla;mix well.
  9. Stir in chips. Pour into prepared pan.
  10. Reduce oven temperature to 300.
  11. Bake 50 minutes or until center is set. Cool.
  12. Chill Throughly. Remove side of springform pan.
  13. Garnish as desired. Refrigerate leftovers.
