Brownie Mix on a diet

  • 1/2 can of diet coke
DIRECTIONS
  1. bake as mix directs.
RECIPE BACKSTORY
This was again from my OH family! Needed something sweet to take to my MIL's for lunch yesterday. Well got a just plain ole brownie mix (110 calories for mix only) added about 1/2 can of coke and OMG it was wonderful. Set up fine and was mushy (not runny) in the middle. Denise
